I was wondering , what are the most uncomon things you have seen in a fooball match?

- Nude Runner
- Since there was so much yellow cards, the ref broke the yellow card and told the players he would only use red ( the game chilled nobody got the red)
- Goally got red, no replacements avaleable so a defender put on gloves to take the goalie positions.
- Eric Cantona kung-fu kicking a fan.
-Road flare on Dida.


What have you guys seen?

A famous story over here is how goalie Eddie Treitel killed a seagull with a goalkick.
 
This is also a great story. It happened during the 1982 world cup in a group match between France an Kuwait:

As Les Bleus were leading 3-1, France midfielder Alain Giresse scored a goal vehemently contested by the Kuwait team, who had stopped play after hearing a piercing whistle from the stands which they thought had come from Soviet referee Stupar. Play had not yet resumed when Sheikh Fahid Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, brother of the Kuwaiti Emir and president of the Kuwaiti Football Association, rushed onto the pitch to give the referee a vociferous piece of his mind. The visibly shaken Mr Stupar countermanded his initial decision and disallowed the goal to the understandable furor of the French. Bossis scored another valid goal a few minutes later and France won 4-1. Mr Stupar lost his international refereeing credentials on this incident, while Sheikh Al-Sabah would eventually meet an untimely death during Iraq's 1990 invasion of Kuwait.

Well I'd have to say the weirdest was during the Super Bowl when Justin Timberlake ripped off part of Janet Jackson's clothes exposiing her tit. You all know what resulted from that though.

rofl i thought this thread was about american football untill i read "Goalie"

While I believe Football is a better name for European football... I usually will read Football as American football on websites that are not co.uk

In football (the real one) the ball is also thrown often, it's still not called handball though.

American Football = American Handegg or American Rugby. Fact.
