would be possible, they appear both on an old Black mesa foto in kleiners lab (gman stands in his white labcoat infront of gordon). might be gordons big bro that got promoted or so and now has a big interest in gordon and they kind alook alike

But you all forgot this part. In the middle of HL1, Gordon hooks up with that chick and she is G-Man's sister. So there is obviously NO way Gordon and G-Man are brothers. Unless they are step brothers.
