Game crashes at the citadel.

Well i have posted this problem before but no sulotion came up.

Wehn im at the citadel, d3_citadel03, and get the blue gravity gun.
I then shots people with it and they tend to fly around. Sometimes landing on those powerbeems. Then when they are supposed to vaiperaise, the game crashes. I can use the combine rifle secondary fire.

So this is a annoying bug id like to have solved.
I have searched for the problem at steam.

no. I got a brand new comp.

Have you tried 'verifying the cache files'? (Right click the game in Steam, go to Properties... it's somewhere in there)

Video card drivers up to date?
