I have gone to steampowered.com and used their tutorial/advise for my situation. I have also searched these forums, and all of the threads have not helped me. I have turned my firewall off, along with all of nortan. That did not help me either. Please give me your suggestions.

I have been playing since 1.5, and I have never had this problem. I only encounter this problem when trying to run "SourceSDK". It has downloaded 100% and everything else is good. I just dont know why it keeps giving me this error!
Alright, check this out. I restarted my computer, and then I ran it in safemode with networking. I then started up Steam, and ran the SourceSDK. It ran perfectly without any troubles! Then i restarted my computer again, and it would not load the SourceSDK! I am a little confused on what this means, and what I should do about it.
