Wtf is Blood?

A underrated first-person shooter from '97 by Monolith using the BUILD engine (Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, Redneck Rampage). I'm VERY surprised seeing it there.

Also, just noticed that Unreal is missing from the list.

I actually like the list so long as you take it as a ranking of the best FPS series. The 'one game per franchise' criteria is ridiculous though and really artificial when you consider how many spiritual successors (Bioshock, Crysis, Perfect Dark) are in the list alongside their apparent ancestors. Really, Bioshock is more like System Shock 2 than Half-Life 2 is like Half-Life 1. Or is that, 'Awesome is more like Awesome' than 'Awesome' is like 'Very slightly below Awesome'?
