garry's mod server?

What is the console command to set server name,passwords,amount of players,and stuff like that?
Because whenever I try to start a server with garry's mod there is no options for those things.

Somehow I am seeing a trend here.I think it would be best off to use the search function yourself, put it down...And say. Use search it works. Positive reinforcement is way more effective than Negative.
