Garry's Mod with Hollywood Action Pyrotechnic Effects

Alright, the title sounds a bit weird, so here is my question. I know everybody likes even the worst action movies a bit when they feature explosions and car chases

Has anyone tried making really "cool" action scenes with barrels, mines, cars and such?

I added thrusters to an unmanned Buggy, and here's the starting situation:



Ok, the car is just about to trigger a laser mine:



Boom!



Ok, so this starts a series of explosions:





And... the aftermath:



What do you think? It's my first attempt on these kinds of scenes.
