The wrist strap is not, under normal use, under any stress. It hangs loose. It only comes under stress if you release your controller wilst moving your arm. Try that with your PS2 pad and see if you get a refund. People are idiots.

i have a wii and i do love it, but apart from zelda the games suck so far.
