Never been to Chicago, but I hear it's a good city.

Word to the wise, don't go to chicago after December until july. I went there last January to see a concert, it was -4 degrees outside. All I had was a lether jacket. They said the coldest was gonna be around 40 degrees, when we got there it was WAY below freezing, and there was a blizzard on the way. Lucky we only stayed for a day and a half. :|

I live near chicago...
You could go to Gino's East for chicago-style deep dish pizza, or go to Millenium Park and see the "Bean" and those weird waterfalls where people's faces spit out water at you. You could also go to Navy Pier, but I've only really been there twice, and I'm not exactly sure what's in there. You can see the Sears Tower, you go up to the top and get to look at facts about Chicago, and see pretty much the whole of the beachfront and Chicago from up there, but the lines are long and the admission can get expensive. Luckily, they have vending machines at spots in the line, if you get thirsty.
I would say the best part of Chicago is the fact that you can get anywhere you want with walking and a ride on the el or train, and I would recommend if you want to spend a lot of time going around the city that you purchase a fare card, which makes riding the el and bus much easier.

i live 40 mins from chicago. there are so many stuff to do there, like watching shows at the metro or the rivera or house of blues. go to navy pier and the downtown area. its alot fun if u noe where to go.
