Gordon freeman model?

I have just played Garry's mod a minute ago and I spawned a model which was called PLAYER. It is the same shape as Freeman but is a grey colour. Is it meant to be Gordon Freeman and if it is, why is it grey?

Because there is no Gordan Freeman model in game. Thats also the reason why you never see yourself in game, there's nothing to see. If you want a Gordan Freeman model then you will have to download a custom model.
