Graphical updates?

I know this has been asked several time already, but I haven't seen anything regarding the topic since the release. Does Half-Life 2 in the retail PC version of The Orange Box come with the updates as the 360 or PS3 version. I plan on getting The Orange Box soon and was just wondering if it would be beneficial to me to actually go out to Best Buy or somewhere else as opposed to purchasing it over Steam.

We're all pretty much waiting for this to happen on Steam.

I want the episodic models and some new acheivements in HL2/Ep1 damnit :hmph:

Any ETA on when we are going to get them? Cause i thought we would have the HL2/Ep1 achievements by now.

yes, I hope the HDR and phonged version of the hl2 maps come out to steam soon..
