Green lines on left of screen and through middle

I just got a new system installed half life 2 and now I have a green line down the left hand side of the screen and one right through the middle. F.E.A.R does not have this on it and World of Warcraft does....Any ideas? Checked that the Graphics cards and SLi bridge are in properly and they are...checked drivers too...any other hints?

Is it possible, that the Load Balancing is being shown in your HL2 and WoW?
