I rented this game yesterday (Full week rental), and I beat it yesterday... My god this game is so short, It is a kick-ass game no doubt about that, but it would be way better if it were longer, like wtf, I beat it in 6 hours (Full 100% on everything, all upgrades, side missions, ect.). I really hope they make a GUN 2, a longer one.

I should've rented King Kong..

Yeh it is a really short game but it is fun. I loved some of the missions. I would like to see a much longer GUN 2 too :)

King Kong is pretty short too... and what are you complaining about? You wanted it to be longer so you could shell out to rent it again?

Yeah it was pretty short...

But it was a blast to play.
Top notch voice acting and gameplay.

Graphics weren't half-bad either.

I still have it for 6 more days... I rather would've payed $10 extra for another week, if it was that long.

The slow-mo killed it for me, the first person also seemed very poor, I don't think any wild west era game could work in first person

So.. why didn't you just.. not go in slow-mo or zoom in with your guns, then it wouldn't be first-person..

Never played Lucasarts' Outlaws?
That game worked beautifully as an FPS.

Meh. Was never really interested in GTA style games. Looks really boring.

I agree with the most people in this thread, great game but too short.

Short but what it had was full of substance. Great game, I'd rather have that than a month's time of play but with empty meaningless filler in the game.

edit: I guess why I liked it so much was it was very SATISFYING. Like especially when he shoots that guy point blank in the face when he's on the ground. No mercy for the bad guy, you were pissed and he deserved to die so he's done away with.

Only problem with the game was the repetitive missions. The majority of them were "protect this or that whilst fending off hoardes of enemies".

I really loved the gameplay...
It was flawless.

Every weapon felt satisfying when fired into something(someone).
Blast somebody with a shotgun at pointblank range, they'll go flying across the level leaving a blood trail... and if they hit a wall or something their body'll align properly with it.
Shoot someone in the head with peacemaker, you'll see a chunk fly off... or their whole head'll go... and body falls to ground in a realistic fashion.
