Hah, I can see all the weapons...*no spoilers*

When CS:S is ready to play, there's a "file" (I'm not going to say) that shows all the guns...but no names.

Still, it's cool to see the images for HUD for the guns.

Strange Valve would put it in this type of file...but...whatever.

There's a cool projectile (bullet) called ... oh, well, it's cool. Not much to spoil, they are just outlines of the guns and bullets as they will appear on HUD.

I'm pretty sure a 'spoiler' only relates to plot/story details. I don't think seeing pictures of guns would qualify.
