There should be a Bink symbol next to Bink videos. Otherwise it's Quicktime and Windows Media Player.

I watched the E3 2K3 Gameplay video... and frankly i dont think were playing half life 2!!! were playing like... half life 1.5 seeing those videos!!! the animation... the graphics... the..... the... total semi-reality of it all.... now i want a new one... damn it! holy shit! i think this trailer could get any one to by the game!!! http://www.gametrailers.com/umwatcher.php?id=9186

Only thing that was better in the trailers than in the final product was AI and the introduction of the striders. That being said, I watched the g-man speech, the strider vid and barricade a million times and I orgasmed every time.

Alot of that stuff was cut because it didn't fit with the story anymore. Also it meant new exciting things were introduced instead. Also the episodic releases have provided us with content cut from HL2. If you really miss traptown and borealis etc, you can download these maps and play them, single player, and in HL2DM (phys-town or something).

What pisses me off is how they show the combine kicking in the door when he couldnt open it. Then when you try it in the real HL2 they just open the door and the thing magically slides out of the way.

At first I was meh but then it got past breen's speech and FWOMP it was awesome.
