if so could someone give me a run-through of how to download it, I know nothing about computing and how files work and all that.

I took the liberty of editing your thread title.

This thread is about the mod http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1093025

You can download the installer from one of those links, and then install the mod into the "SourceMods" folder, which for me is located at D:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods, but for you might be a bit different. Then restart steam, and it'll appear in your games list.

If it really impresses you that much, go for it. It's only ~1.5 gigs to download from what sounds like a really crappy server!
