Half Life 3 Jira Problem

It is not that Valve does not want to release Half Life 3, they are having problems with there Jira project manager. Once they fix that they will probably be up and running again to make Half Life 3. Tell me if Im wrong but this is what I heard.

That makes very little sense. They no doubt pay for their Jira account and being a big company there would be tech people working to solve any problems they would have within days, if not same day. If it was so broken as to grind development to a halt, they'd switch to a new system. So yeah, whoever said that was absolutely wrong.

well its obvious that clrearly they have a new system running otherwise they arent crazy enough to let anyone to see an INTERNAL mailing system..
