I was wondering, will there be a Half-Life book? Quite honestly I think it would be cool, as long as Marc Laidlaw (I believe) will be the one writing it. (I think Marc Laidlaw is the person responsible for writing Half-Life and Half-Life 2's storyboards, if not, please correct me).

I think Marc Laidlaw is the right guy, but I thought I heard VAVLe talking about not releasing anything like books or action figures... could be wrong

I am not interested in action figures at all; merely a book, as I love reading, especially when it comes to the genre in which Half-Life falls.

I would love it if there was a Half-Life book, that would be awesome. But only if Marc Laidlaw wrote it.

of course, a book would kickass. especially if it were written by marc laidlaw and not some guy that loves hl :flame:

Aw, man. Action figures would be da shit. I'd love miny headcrabs and zombies!

Then we would have more crazed teenagers creating action-figure movies and giving them to their friends, thus creating the new Star Wars kid...

i think McFarlane toys should make some hl/hl2 figures :afro:

it would be the first book i would have read in years, lol

The Gonarch as a giant action figure would rule all others. Although, considering what the thing looks like, it'd probably have to be kept under the store counter...

I'd also like a Gordon figure where you can swap the pieces of his HEV suit to change back and forth between the old MK IV and what seems to be the new MK V...

Hellz yah. Vavle should totally do this. And damn them if they arn't!

I would love to see some published fan fiction or Marc LAidlaw novels in the HL2 world

Why would they need HL1: the book

That's what the first game was for... besides it wouldn't be teh same effect as it was playing the game if you knew everything
