Half-Life2 Conspiracy?

Rumors abound around the game, and even the fans have become devided, creating thier own "half-life", but through it all, not very much has been said about they second whiteboards. What are they about, what's the encoded maeeage they are trying to convey, and who is it for?

People, in dark corners of rooms, quietly whisper about what they really think....and some of it is darn scary.

"It's a government ploy to prepare us for the aliens!"

"They haven't finished the game, and are secretly asking for help!"

"Like the last time, they stole that damn painting in Oslo, Norway, but this time they got away with it. those damn tests are how they are selling it."

Seriously, Valve is working their butts off to get that game out the door, the don't make any money by sitting on the game... think about that one. And also, when the game is done, it is done, and we will have it, which is soon. So enough with the ridiculous "conspiracy theories", please.

yeah but the point is, hl2 may not actually be released soon (and omg we are drifting from the initial subject, but hey, who cares). i for one wont be surprised if hl2 isnt released until christmas...or next year for that matter.

sure, valve may be preloading etc etc etc, but does that actually mean that hl2 is on target for sep release? now they're saying nov on some sites. cmon valve, if you're sending the game to shiping on the 15th sep, then surely hl2 will be on the shelves by october...AND DONT RELEASE IT IN AMERICA BEFORE EUROPE!!! SAME TIME GUYS, SAME TIME!!!

Well Im getting pretty agrivated.. I ship out to boot camp nov. 10 so I NEED the game to come out before that so i can play it before I go becuase I wont have time to play it for a really long time.. So shit is gonna hit the fan if I dont got it in my hand atleast a week before I leave..

As long as it is released before Half Life 3, im quite satisfied. I consider it a bonus being able to play HL2 before christmas.
