I think it's like 20 or something. I could be off.

Doesn't matter though. You only get 3 points for spam infractions, and they expire after awhile, so the trick is just to wait until they pass before spamming again. You could get right up under the limit and do it.

Uh...not that I condone spamming or anything. Not at all. All my posts are valuable, meaningful contributions to the community that stay on the straight and narrow of the thread's topic.
