Help Im Stuck, I Mean I Cant Walk

hello guys im new here i jsut started playing HL2 yesterday and yeah its a great game but i do have a little problem and thats I CANT WALK

After you go out of ravermont or whatever is called, you past the mines and then you jump into the hole that brings you to some water you go out of the big tunnel and you come to this place where there are some stopped trains, well i killed the first sniper and then i was about to avoid the second one, so i did and right after the red train( i think its the last one) a headcrab appears, i took my shotgun and i killed it, BUT then when i was trying to go behind the red train... it just stopped walking and the sniper sttoped shooting, i tried to kill myself to load in the last checkpoin t but that didnt work cause my granades dont hurt me neither do the machine gun granades, i tried to load the last time i saved but.... it loads the game right where im stucked, i cant shot, i can move the camera in all directions, i can use almost everything but i cant duck,walk or jump, should i start a new game??? is there a way to fix that up?, pls guys i need your help

Right.
First go into keyboard options --> Advanced options and tick off the "developer console" option.
Now press the ~ (tilde) button on your keyboard and the console should appear.
Now type in the console : sv_cheats 1
Press enter.
Now type in the console : noclip
Press enter.
You can now move freely about. Fly yourself to a spot where you aren't stuck.
Now type in the console again : noclip
You'll fall to the ground and you can move again.

thank you very much but im running the Xbox Vertion, is it the same cause i havent seen that cheat options there, thx for the answer btw =)

Hmm that's quite a problem then :|
Maybe you'll have to revert to a previous chapter then, because I doubt the Xbox version has the developer console

"lucky me" i always save in the same file cause i hate having like 3832432 saves of the same game ( yeah i know i suck because i save to much but hey its for the best =P ) so i always have only one freaking file and the one i have is screwed up....
so basically we are talking about starting the game all over again? ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats crazy, all those hours for nothing lol

No, I think (well, it is in the PC version) that you can start again from the last chapter. I may be wrong, though :|
Just select to play a new game and look for an option to choose to start from a certain chapter.
