Help in Route Kanal ?

Hey, I have been stuck in this particular section of the Kanals for I don't know how long. It is the room with a big pool of water with the spinning (turbine?) in the center. I know to swim down the bottom through the door to get to another room with a long pipe with steam shooting out. But after this I am very confused. Thanks for the help.

Just walk along the pipe, avoding the steam...

Yea, but after I carefully walk through the steam, there are metal bars blocking my progress. And if I jump of the pipe to go below them I am unable to get back up. Any help would be very helpful, I am completely lost and a short walkthrough begining in the room with the water turbine would be greatly appreciated.

IM stuck a little further on ... anyine remember the room where you drop down from the airvents and theres a lot of the spinning flying buzz saw things. I can see a tunnel lit in red...bt cat reach it. Surely i dont have to pile barrels up in the water??

go to other room land on 2 white piles and turn on the switch fill room with water. Then U had to do some diving swiming back to the entrance from the red turnel.

thanks - i saw that switch about 1 second after posting.. doh. I think my main problem woith the game (other thant stuttering sound of course), is that every time i cant see what to do, i start trying to pile 5 barrels ontop of each other and climb up that way... never works, but usally takes at least 2 hours for me to figure tht out... :0(
