help in the reactor

okay ive reached a point where it shots a laser into the center of the core(the big ball) now where do i go?

You need to go out of the door the Combine burst in through. Then navigate your way along several corridors and tunnels then walk precariously past the Reactor, timing it so you don't get engulfed, into another room to fire off another stabilising laser, then again to the top level with another one.
