Help me Identify the Song

I cut this song out from the 3Viators video.. it appears at approx 12 minutes into it. I really like it but i pretty much eliminated all of the songs listed in the credits except for a few from Max Payne 2.. but I couldnt imagine this song being in that type of game.. so if anyone could help me to find any information about the song, i would be very appreciative:

I'm told by it is called Destiny or something... I cant find any info on this though and i cant find the song... anyone know anything?

Perhaps getting the words at the beginign could help... I hear, something "my destiny"..
