ok I just finished to download that dame on bittorrent and steam is updating now so before I make any thing can you explain me exactly what to do to install and stuff?

btw I am having a problem whit steam, it dont response,the interent hav a error and disconect itself and steam dont response,if I reset the PC it back to normal?
