Help needed asap!

Im trying to do the Dark Brotherhood quest where you have to fake the guy's death, but now it's time to get him the antidote, and the door to the undercroft is locked. I picked the pocket of the orc woman in the temple, but it still wont unlock the door, what am I doing wrong? thanks in advance for any help

You have to wait one day for his body to be transported to the undercroft.

Then the door will be unlocked (so the family can mourn the dead, supposedly), and you can sneak in.
