Please, im not sure what leven this is, but im stuck here, i dont know what to do.

First image is infront, 2nd img is what is behind the 1st img.

You need to go towards the second image. To the left there is a pipe you can go into that leads back around to some blue barrels (there are also a few lying around). You need to push all the blue barrels into the water. Then grab them and swim under water with them. There is a basket type thing to put them in under the ramp. Once you put 4 or 5 under there, the ramp will come up.
