Help on the Citadel(Spoilers)

After getting the tricked out super grav gun and tossing around bad dudes in the Citadel I ended up at the following spot with nothing to do but shoot around these wierd energy balls...

I tried shooting them at the strange glowing device to the leftish...

I tried launching some of those glowing balls through the doors above me and past the force field that won't let me through...

I really don't know what to do?

Anyone got any hints for me?

I'd like to finish the game tonight... :sniper:

The thing on the left is a generator. Do the same thing you did at the bank with Barney a chapter or two ago, when you took down three generators (i.e. take out the glowing ball with the gravity gun, you'll have to pull it with secondary fire).
