help people!!

ive been playing c.t.f and deathmatch for a few days now but i get lagging and pausing after playing for ....30 minutes or so then it lags on and off every 5 minutes. I duno whats wrong with my pc when i play call of duty its fine online but c/s s deathmatch and c.t.f it messes up my pc's fairly good and hl2 single player runs fine on medium settings on it and my memory is fine (768mb)

please help any help will be apresiated

Memory problems most likely (not your computer), half life 2 engine can actually be a complete pig.....i get slowdown on my machine when the engine "has a fit" .........either that or its over-heating (i presume you have already checked that out)

I'm suprised valve hasn't released a patch to sort out all the memory ripping problems and stuff.

Source games doesnt like sharing internet resources.Maybe try turning off your firewall,thats what i done when i had a simaliar problem and it worked for me

i do that but pop ups keep coming up and i get connection interupted!

You need to scan for trojans and spyware and turn off all your windows spy crap like messenger.
