Help with Antlion drones Chapter 8 sand traps.

After getting the Vortigaunt gives me the
Warrior's gland he takes me down past the camp & tells me to do something with the 2 drones.

I have listened to the instructions many times & still can not make out what he is telling me to do.
I have thrown & squeesed the gland at the drones.

What else do I need to do before I leave?

you need to attack the combine ragdoll on the post i think

There called "pherapods" by the way.

First of all you have to throw one into the pit where the light shines (Left mouse button) Then you have to throw them at the combine pinned top the post and after that you have to squeeze the pherapods to get the antlions to follow you. After all that the Vortigaunt should let you through two logs and onto Nova Prospekt. :cheese: If this doesn't work you must have a cracked copy or a terrible bug. Try restarting the level if that's the case. If you've got a cracked copy, may you die a slow and horrible death.

You have to walk towards the barrier before he will open it
