i just recently was faced with this problem it comes up in consol
Warning: using WorldTwoTextureBlend on a non-displacement surface (material: nature/blenddirtgrass008b). Support for this will go away soon.
it doesn't just do it for blenddirtgrass008b but in halfl life 2 and Counter strike source everytime and it also lags really bad
