Hey I just experimenced the weirdest level in HL2: Deathmatch!

Hey I played Halflife 2 Deathmatch and tried creating a server my self...........well I chose random map and then I appeared in a level that was a huge room and I was very small! The level wasn't even in my list..........

I heard that this level is called a rats level! have anyone else tried such a level in HL2: Deatchmatch

laso when the level is not in my map list how is it that it loads when I create a server and choice random Map!

i played rats i\on 1.6 and co but not hl2dm

There is one called "Roaches" look for it.

Edit: There is "dm_Rats_2005" and "dm_roaches" but they are the same maps.

You must've connected to a server and auto-downloaded it. Not sure why it didn't show up in the map list though.

rats mapa are cool however i didnt like the ameplay that much but thats just me... They where funny though.

I have fun with those maps. I love it when I can play on maps that big. Gives you plenty of room to pull off some crazy trick kills with the rocket launcher. In most other maps, the "ceiling" is way too low to do much.

If you keep using random map you have a 20% chance of accessing an ATI level that valve has hidden away.

maybe it's me but i have never heard of an hidden ati level. Yôu got images or something like that I am very curious.
