Glad to be here all.I know that this question may seem redundant,but is there any way to ask the makers,or at least to let them know,that we want a new Halflife 3 altogether,and not Episodes,is there any way in hell that someday we might be playing a bran new Halflife 3?

There will probably be an HL3 someday, but not anytime in the foreseeable future. Episodic content will be Valve's standard for awhile.
