im buying a new pc and wanna replay hl2, but now on ultra super duper high graphics.
ive heard about this fakefactory or something mod that enhances the textures, but while searching i found like a gazillion versions. some are really big (1GB+), some small (200MB).
if you guys could help me out here - which version to download? and is there some kind of texture enhancing mod for episode 1?
btw - i came across a readme file thats included with the fakefactory mod, where it says that you have to play the game at a certain (very high) resolution so it would work (the high res textures). will it work on 1440x900 resolution?
