Highway 17 - After the flying ship

I am on Highway 17, I have destroyed the warship (flying), and I have been driving around for 2 hours. I have yet to figure out where to go. I have gone back to the place i started, destroyed all of the enemies (nothing happened after that), went back to the place where the warship was, everyone was still crying...Where do I go?? I have gone in every direction!

Ohh, thanks. I couldn't figure out to do when I had all of the enemies gone there. Figured out I had to use the crane to move my buggy up there. Thanks!
