Spawn. Npcs.
It's that simple. With the placeatme command and a large list of the names and numbers you'll need, you're ready to go! Show up in the Arcane University with a Dremora Lord on your tail! Walk into the middle of Cloud Ruler Temple with Uriel Septim, chatting about rumours and how his death will affect Cryodill! Spawn 4 Imperial Guardsmen in the middle of a goblin fortress and watch the slaughter! The possibilities are rather large!
OK, how the command works is this: pull down the console (~ button) and type placeatme <x> <y>, where x is the form id (i.e. 00023f2e for Emperor Uriel Septim) and y is the number of npcs of that type you want spawned. Easy, huh?
As an example, say i wanted to spawn 3 Uriel Septims. I'd type: placeatme 00023f2e 3
The main problem is determining who's hostile and who's not. Most of the Vampires are. Most of the Dremora are. Beyond that you're on your own. All I've got so far are:
Marauder Warlords: 00035fe1, 00035fe0, 00035fdf, 00035fde, 00009adc, 00009adb. 00009ada, 00009abf.
Dremora Captains: 0003abb5, 0003abb4, 0003abad
Dremora Lords: 0003b3dc
These are most effective for slaughtering Imperial Guards. For more fun, do it around mages - flashy spell effects are winner.
Just remember not to save with these buggers hanging around. Don't want Dremora Lords slaughtering npcs in the Imperial City.
Seriously, give it a whirl. Oh, and before i forget; while in console mode, click on the thing you want the npcs to spawn around. For best results, make it another npc or an object. This is important, otherwise they might spawn under the ground, or in the air, or inside buildings... you get the picture.
