Hl or hl2 Sound Voice filter

i extracted sounds from GCF in the hl2 resources... and i was wondering if its possible to distort normal sounds to make it sound like hl2 female overwatch voice... and say different things instead of the things found ingame..

and also for the HEV suit as well.. like modify the sound frequency/pitch of a normal speech to make it sound like the HEV suit..

i read somewhere that its possible to make urself sound like a combine soldier..

IIRC Valve used Sonic Foundry's Batch Convertor. You can find *.bcs files in *.gcf files.
