HL:S "Map is 0, 19 expected"

Hi guys,

I took a break from HL2 and tried HL:S. The screen said loading, then changed to another loading screen which never finished, and I had to reboot my machine. On restart steam loaded some more files for it, but on starting it says something like "map is 0, 19 expected".

Anyone know why this is, and what to do? (I had steam and non-steam HL on my machine at once, perhaps that caused problems?) I did a search but couldn't find anything, although I do believe I saw something on here on release day.

Erik Johnson posted a workaround -

In Steam\SteamApps folder rename the file sourcemodels.gcf to something else. Launch the game and it'll download a replacement file from Steam which should sort it out.

Valve are working on a proper fix though I think.
