HL2 DeathMatch ERROR

undefinedI am heated! All comment's will help me, please post. I got a Fozen screen right after it loaded me into servers. Sometimes i got a long rectangular error box, didnt bother to read. Now after that i installed a windows security update and then downlaoded and installed the new drivers for my ATI radeon card. Catalyst drivers for my 9200. Now i get a box saying "get dynamic base line. Find string index (12) failed". Anyone know what this is? And Or a Fix?

When that sort of thing happens, I uninstall steam and reinstall it.
