I only stopped playing once, i had class, but thne i came home and continued my game, i beat it the day it was released....and then i played my fav levels over again and a few days ago i started a new game on hard and im just going slowly finding a ton of little things to add to the plot. i loved everything about this game.

Oh, i did play it all the way through on hard by the way.. except i got frustrated at this one part (not mentioning incase of a spoiler) and turned it down to normal.. but other than that, i played the game all the way through on hard.

Just beat it for the 3rd time today :thumbs:
1 time for each difficulty level.
Next time through I'm going to see how fast I can do it. Blow through it as fast as possible on easy :thumbs:

Alright! You played it on Hard. You should do it again.

It only took me 2 times to beat the turret level my first time around (Normal). Worked the same on Hard.

I set one inside the middle passage facing out, the one with the ammo box. It was far from the door it was facing. Set the other 2 outside the passage facing opposite gates. Then I camped inside the center passage against the wall and checked on the turrets every so often. The turrets did all the work, except for the manhacks.

I wish there had been more walking and less using vehicles. This would help the time required to complete. I think a few bosses would help as well.

Just take the two turrets from before and now you have 5 turrets. And use the gravity gun to block one side of the turret chamber where you get the 3 turrets. Then you have 5 turrets on one side to worry about.

Absolutely. And I loved it. It's a strange bittersweet kind of thing. Not really negative, just sullen. Listen to HL2_song17.mp3 - that's the mood.

I just completed it 5 minutes ago and all I can say is..."wow"

This game was amazing to say the least.

The only thing I didn't like was the ending. Yes it was interesting, but I waited a year for this game to be released, now I gotta wait however many years it takes to make HL3. Neat though
