I'm at this part where there are these glass case holding looking things they open up but i'm not so sure what to do from there I see them moving on a chain or wire one goes into a zapper thing and the other somewhere else.. What do I do

You need to go round the corner and get into one of the carriers.

(I think that's where you are.)

One of them will get you killed, the other will take you to the next area.
