HL2 possibly 6 months again

What is this? if I gotta wait 6 months for this game im not even gonna bother with it! i wont buy the game then there will be bigger and badder games that will be released then this one screw VU and this is valves fault for complaining before the release they could of waited intel after the release of Half-Life 2 so dont point the finger completly at VU! Valve could of just waited nuff said

So people that don't really know what's happening think VALVe could have waited 'til after release? They mean VALVe should have waited two years? And the main reason they're fighting now is because of VALVe's online selling idea, the fight about this was started by VUG. I suppose they could've waited with the announcement that they'd be selling through Steam until the day of release, but I'm pretty sure that would be illegal.
