Bunnyhopping is what put me off HLDM. It just has a strong feel of stupidity involved.

But it created a huge divide between those who could, and those who couldn't, putting new players off of the game and sticking the final nails into HLDM.

There are still players who can't bunnyhop and still play.. and are better than those who can

It means that movement is more of a skill all on it's own, as important as aim..

I might well be talking out of my arse though


(Oh, and bunnyhopping was patched out of HLDM eons ago )

that and tau jumping - most couldnt do it, so most never played again
