HL2 SDK - Weapon Projecile HELP! >_<

Hey! Found this site, hoping for some help! I'm working on a mod with a few friends. We're adding in real-time bullets. They work great! Bullets come out of the Pistol and work perfectly. Only problem is... The Combine now don't shoot and just run up to you all excited and stop, kind of like what your dog does after work.. Except no jumping of course. =D I was just wondering if any of you could take a look at my code and tell me whats wrong, thanks in advance!
