HL2 SinglePlayer Weapon/Speed issues

Hello, I made a Half Life 2 (Singleplayer) map and when I play it, I run really slow, I cant change my weapons, and I dont see my health/aux power meters.

How do I change these?

you need an item_suit entity

 

[Unarmed]

That would fix the weapons and HUD no doubt.

The slow running you might have to elaborate a bit on.
