HL2 Wont start!

Hi there!

I recently bought HL2, played it for a hour or so. But when i tried to start the game again, it wont! There comes no error message or nothing! In my process list, i can see the file HL2.exe running, but then it dissappears!

Can somebody help me?

Yes, and i reinstalled the game and Steam 4 times :S
