Horrible texture artifact (Must fix or suicide)

I am very annoyed by this problem here, it seems to sample pixels from the other side of the texture, is there a way to stop it from rendering like that so my map won't loook like it's been cut in peices.

That shot is too close up, I can hardly tell what your problem is.
 
Shift + A, select the face of the texture and play with the XY values under texture shift.

select four sides and check 'teat as one' and apply desired texture.:cheese:
