How Big Is The Update?

I decided to install Half-life 2 again, and normally it takes about an hour to download everything and get set-up (I've got dial-up), but now it's taking 7 hours, exaclty how big is the update?

It should gradually get faster over time(Within a half-hour it should be done to 1-2hours.), just make sure you don't have anything else updating and arn't download anything else like Cs:S or something.
I'd just leave it dl overnight and it should be done.

Oh, it does go down, it's now down to about 5 and a half hours.

how big is a the update any way... it took me for ever the other day to update and i have cable... It must have been my connetion or something cuz I started the update ( this was after i re-installed it off steam ) at 4:30 and didnt finish till 1 in the morning! I seriously have no idea why it took that long, when i did it the first time it only took like 10 min or so...
