Hello

I could not find a way of choosing an alternative local drive to install on with the H2 installer. It seems it will only let me install to C:

mY c: drive is full but I have plenty room on another drive!

Is this an oversight by Valve?

You could use the program partition magic (search on google) to make your C: drive bigger.

One of my friends had a similar problem where it wouldn't go past the DirectX install point because he had Steam installed on a drive other than his primary C: drive. His solution was to make some space on his primary hard drive, install Steam to it, and then install the game to the primary drive. After that he just moved everything over to his secondary drive and it worked fine.

I installed mine to the C: drive, so I'm not sure what procedures must be followed to install to another drive. However, as far as I know, the above method seems to work.

Good luck.

I never had enough space on my game drive but on my C: drive there was plenty of space. So I made from all of my drives 1 Big drive and it works great :E. Why would you have more drives when you can make folders inside of one?

Thnaks all, I do indded have steam already on C:. I will try moving it, Thnaks!
