How to change DM crosshair

The current one is terrible imo, any way to change it to say a red dot or something?
according to http://www.bullseyecrosshairs.com/hl2sites1.shtm its in the font file, so how does this work in multiplayer?

Replacement *is* available

Multiplay is just a different folder structure.
There's one at the site that will automatically install for MP, and enough info so you can use any singleplayer xhair in multi as well.

As for color.....well....that could be a little more complicated. Not being a true type font expert, I dont really have an answer for that yet. But if someone figures it out, I'll be glad to host it.
